GateKeeperZero provides a comprehensive society management platform including web dashboard, resident mobile app, and guard mobile app. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Visitor management and tracking
- Resident and household management
- Accounting and billing
- Amenity booking
- Maintenance request tracking
- Communication tools
- Reports and analytics
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Not share your account with others
4. Subscription and Payment
Our services are provided on a subscription basis at ₹9 per flat per month. You agree that:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Payment must be made through authorized payment methods
- Late payments may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission

- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Make emergency updates or repairs

- Suspend service for non-payment or violations

Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time

- We may suspend service for non-payment
- Upon termination, your access will be revoked

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GateKeeperZero from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
