What is included in the ₹9/flat per month pricing?
The web admin dashboard with 134 live features is fully included — visitor management, billing, amenity booking, maintenance tracking, communication tools, and more. GST is charged additionally. Mobile apps (resident and guard) are in active beta and will be included at no extra cost once fully released. No setup fees, no hidden charges.
Does the ₹9/flat pricing apply to all societies?
The ₹9/flat/month rate applies to societies with 300 or more flats. For smaller societies we offer custom pricing — contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 97394 42277 for a quote.
Is there a free trial? What happens after it ends?
Yes — we offer a 90-day (3-month) free trial with full access to all live features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, billing moves to the standard ₹9/flat/month plan. We will remind you before the trial ends; you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
Are there any lock-in periods or cancellation fees?
No lock-in, no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time. We do not believe in trapping customers with long-term contracts — if GateKeeperZero is not working for your society, you can leave and take your data with you.
How long does it take to get set up?
The web dashboard can be fully set up within 1–2 weeks, including flat/resident data import and staff training. We handle the migration process with you — there is no technical work required from your side. Mobile app rollout for residents and guards follows once they exit beta.
We are currently on MyGate. How difficult is it to switch?
We have helped societies migrate from MyGate, ApnaComplex, and NoBrokerHood. The process involves exporting your resident, flat, and visitor data from your current provider (most allow CSV export) and our team imports it during onboarding. The typical changeover takes 1–2 weeks with minimal disruption. We assist throughout and do not charge for migration.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes. You can export all your data — resident records, visitor logs, billing history, maintenance tickets — in standard CSV/Excel formats at any time. You own your data; we do not hold it hostage.
What is the current status of the mobile apps?
The Resident Mobile App has 236 features and is in active beta on iOS and Android. The Guard Mobile App has 105 features and is also in active beta. The web admin dashboard is fully available now with 134 live features. Beta access to the mobile apps is available — ask us during your demo.

Is my society's data secure? Are you DPDPA compliant?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry best practices for access control, audit logging, and tenant isolation — each society's data is logically separated. We are aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 requirements applicable to SaaS platforms in India. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What support channels are available?
Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp (+91 97394 42277), email ([email protected]), and live chat on our website. We also provide dedicated onboarding support and training for your admin staff and security guards during setup.
Do you show advertisements inside the platform?
No. GateKeeperZero has zero advertisements — no banners, no third-party promotions, no sponsored content. Unlike some competitors, we earn only from your subscription. Residents and guards get a clean, distraction-free experience.
Does the platform support GST-compliant billing?
Yes. The billing module is built for Indian regulations — it generates GST-compliant maintenance invoices, handles TDS where applicable, supports online payment collection (UPI, net banking, cards), and produces audit-ready financial reports.
What happens if we have fewer than 300 flats?
The standard ₹9/flat/month rate is designed for 300+ flat societies. If your society is smaller, contact us for custom pricing — we do work with smaller communities on a case-by-case basis. Reach out on WhatsApp or email and we will give you a quote within 24 hours.
Do you provide staff training during onboarding?
Yes. We provide comprehensive training for society admins, managers, and security guards covering the web dashboard. Guard app training will be provided once the app exits beta. We also offer written documentation and video guides.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS). Invoices are raised monthly and are GST-compliant.
