Yes. Basic is free forever, and a new society gets the full Standard plan included for its first 90 days. No credit card is required to start. After the 90 days your society stays on Basic automatically; nothing is charged. Upgrade to Standard (₹9/flat/month, billed yearly) whenever you are ready.

No lock-in beyond your paid year: cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees, and if GateKeeperZero is not working for your society you can leave and take your data with you.

The web dashboard can be fully set up within 1–2 weeks, including flat/resident data import and staff training. We handle the migration process with you — there is no technical work required from your side. Residents and guards can install the mobile apps from the App Store or Google Play as soon as your society is set up.

Export your resident, flat, and visitor data from your current provider, and our team imports it during onboarding. The typical changeover takes 1–2 weeks with minimal disruption. We assist throughout and do not charge for migration.

Yes. You can export all your data — resident records, visitor logs, billing history, maintenance tickets — in standard CSV/Excel formats at any time. You own your data; we do not hold it hostage.

Yes. The guard app is designed to keep working when connectivity drops at the gate. Guards can keep logging visitor and delivery entries offline, and the records sync automatically once the connection returns — so the gate is never left without a log. The guard app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
